I create private chef experiences that highlight local farms, small producers, and wild foraged ingredients that bring depth and character to each course. I bring the full restaurant experience to your home or venue, handling the cooking, plating, service, and cleanup so you can focus on your guests. Each menu is built from scratch to reflect your event, your tastes, and what’s fresh and available locally. From intimate dinners to special celebrations, my goal is to create a seamless, memorable, and beautifully prepared dining experience. Ozarks Foragers Cooking Guide

I am writing a comprehensive cookbook about foraging and cooking Ozarks foraged foods. As an experienced wild foods chef with almost 15 years of experience cooking, I have decided it is time to share my accumulated knowledge with other aspiring wild foods chefs. This book will take a deep dive into foraging, fermenting, and cooking Ozarks wild foods.
