On July 11th, we invite you to join us for an intimate, farm-driven dining experience celebrating the abundance and values of Allen Family Farm.
This 7-acre, family-owned farm is rooted in natural living, chemical-free growing practices, and a deep respect for the land. With over 30 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in rhythm with the seasons, Allen Family Farm represents everything we value about thoughtful agriculture and ingredient-forward cooking. Led by Chef Paul Allen’s 25 years of culinary experience and Ashley Allen’s background in herbalism and holistic medicine, the farm approaches food as both nourishment and connection—supported by careful stewardship, hands-on cultivation, and a strong sense of family and community.
This five-course dinner is designed to highlight those ingredients at their peak, with two additional tasting moments woven between courses to further explore the farm’s harvest. Each dish will be intentionally composed to let the ingredients speak for themselves, creating a relaxed yet refined dining experience that unfolds over the evening. The meal begins at 5:30 PM and is limited to just 30 guests to preserve the intimacy of the table.
