Join Chef Dyllan Dale for a hands-on culinary workshop celebrating the incredible flavors of the Ozarks!

In this immersive class, we’ll explore the art of cooking with foraged foods — discovering wild plants used as natural seasonings, learning how to incorporate wild vinegars into your cooking, and experimenting with infusing meats and vegetarian dishes with local wild ingredients. Chef Dyllan will share some of his favorite recipes and techniques gathered over years of cooking with the Ozarks’ abundance.

Each participant will take home a Wild Cooking Basket, filled with seasonal wild ingredients and inspiration to keep the creativity going.

A light foraged-infused lunch will be provided after the workshop.
