Join us on June 7th, 2025 for a flavor exploration featuring Wildwise Botanicals and Wild Foods By Dyllan. Enjoy a 6-course meal spotlighting 6 different mushrooms and learn about each mushroom from Mike Snyder during the meal. Additionally, there will be a 30-45 minute fungi walk before the meal. Mike is a leading expert in the mycology field in the Ozarks. You will have the opportunity to not only explore the flavors of each fungi, but also learn how to properly and confidently forage each mushroom. This meal will be hosted by the Wild Arts Learning Center, a creative space in the countryside of Rogersville, MO.
