Join us as we take a deep dive into cooking with wild foods. A portion of this workshop will be hands on. We will discuss differant apices and herbs found in the wild and how to use them in your kitchen. Also how to apply wild cooking in east ways at your own home. Let’s make some nettle pasta together! We will also talk about where and when to harvest differant wild foods, to give you confidence in foraging your own food and cooking at home with it.
