Join us for a masterclass in using wild ingredients to ferment! We will cover lactofermentations, Wild sodas,and wild vinegars. We will talk about the science behind these processes, benefits of fermented foodds and ingredients found in the Ozarks best suited for each of them. We will also be talking about practical uses in the kitchen for fermented foods. This will be a hands on workshop, and you will start a lacto ferment in class, to take home with you. with this class we will also do tasting of various wild ferments and drinks you can make using wild vinegars.
