I was a little skeptical at first about the pop up meal. I myself have never foraged for food and didn’t know what to expect. When I saw the list with all of the courses on it and couldn’t pronounce any of the dishes, I knew I was over my head! In all seriousness, I couldn’t believe how incredibly good the food tasted and was so thankful that the Chef made the dishes the way that he did. I would have never went to a restaurant and ordered any of the food that was presented to me that night, but was glad that I got to enjoy an amazing creation that was foraged from the wild! I also got to meet some really nice people and enjoyed their company while dining with my wife. It was a 10 out of 10 night and should be something couples experience together for a date!

If you are looking for a unique dining experience, I highly recommend Wild Foods by Dyllan. Dyllan has masterfully curated flavors from the local area and blends them into dishes you cannot find anywhere else. Get to know others at your table as well as learn about our locally grown and wildly available edibles. Dyllan is a culinary master in the wild and in the kitchen. I have never even heard of the majority of the ingredients he has painstakingly gathered from the wild but I'm so glad to have had this unique experience. I never liked venison before I had it at one of the pop-ups. Now the flavors are seared in my memory and one I hope to repeat at one of his next pop-up events. It has been a gastronomic delight to attend two beautifully created dinners presented by Chef Dyllan Dale. A wonderful, quiet evening of meeting new friends and enjoying an artfully prepared, wild foraged, six-course dinner. Chef Dyllan explains each course as they are presented by his staff. He gladly entertains questions regarding the delicious fare. I will be returning as often as possible.
